Terms of Use
The provider reserves the right to change, supplement, or delete parts or the entire content of the individual courses and the learning platform without separate announcement, or to temporarily or permanently discontinue the provision of the course contents. The user will be notified of the final discontinuation of a course by email 4 weeks in advance.
Copyright, licenses and downloads
The contents of the learning platform are protected by copyright. The content is only intended for the personal use of the participant (user) and may only be used in this context. The participant (user) promises to comply with all legal provisions when using the learning platform, in particular the provisions of competition law and the protection of intellectual property.
Any further use, in particular the storage, duplication, translation, processing and any form of commercial use as well as passing on to other persons - including in parts or in revised form - without the consent of Huetter MC is prohibited. The publication of audio or video data, digital presentations or scripts on the Internet is prohibited. Any other use is prohibited and will be prosecuted under civil and / or criminal law.
The participant may only make copyright-protected works available on the learning platform with the consent of the author or rights holder. In the event of non-compliance, Huetter MC reserves the right to assert claims for damages. In the event that a claim is made against Huetter MC by third parties due to an illegal and culpable act by a user, Huetter MC will indemnify and hold harmless to the unlawful participant.
The use of any software that may be available for download from Huetter MC is subject to the applicable license conditions of the authorized provider or the respective manufacturer (license agreement). These conditions are transferred with the corresponding software as a file or are available from the manufacturer / authorized provider of the software on request. The software cannot be installed without the participant (user) accepting the terms of the license agreement beforehand.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the eLearning content, software and all other electronic training documents provided on the learning platform are intended exclusively for private use and use by course participants and may only be used in this context. Any other use is prohibited and will be prosecuted under civil and / or criminal law. Huetter MC assumes no liability for damage that occurs directly or indirectly through the use of the learning platform, such as through downloaded files, unless it has been caused by Huetter MC through gross negligence or willful intent, or relates to personal injury.
Sanctions
If there is a slight violation of these terms of use, the participant (user) will receive a warning. If a serious or repeated violation of these terms of use is noticed, the right of use is withdrawn from the respective authorized user and access to the learning platform is blocked; this applies irrespective of the assertion of any further claims, in particular claims for damages, against the user. If a ban is created in this way, the course participant cannot be reimbursed.
Publications of news and media content
For the protection of all participants, the provider prohibits the creation, publication or any other type of communication of news and media
- that is offensive, defamatory, indecent, obscene or pornographic, aggressive, hurtful, threatening, bullying, abusive, hateful, fraudulent or misleading,
- that fulfills the offense of harassment,
- that concerns personal or private information about other people,
- that violates the private rights or property rights of others, including the unauthorized publication of protected content, trademarks, and intellectual content,
- that contains petitions, business initiation, calls for signing petitions, chain letters or advertising,
- that asks other users to disclose personal information or aim to collect such data about other participants,
- that contains viruses or other destructive or annoying elements or
- that contradicts the goals of the NPO-Academy / Huetter MC or the goals of the participants of the learning platform or are classified as unacceptable for another reason.
If you notice a relevant violation, please report it to us immediately. Please send an email to office.de@npo-academy.com. Huetter MC reserves the right to immediately block the participant in the event of such a serious violation.

Huetter MC assumes no liability for the quality, correctness, timeliness and / or completeness of third-party information, insofar as this is expressly identified as third-party information within the learning platform.
In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites ("hyperlinks") that are outside the responsibility of Huetter MC, a liability obligation would only come into force if Huetter MC is aware of the content and it is technically possible and reasonable for it to prevent use in the event of illegal content. Huetter MC will always endeavor to eliminate any type of malfunction as quickly as possible. Huetter MC is also entitled to interrupt the operation of the learning platform in an appropriate and reasonable manner insofar as this is necessary for internal purposes, such as the maintenance of the learning platform or the addition of new content.
Any integration of individual pages of this learning platform into external frames is prohibited. Any change or falsification of information content within the learning platform is prohibited.
Contents of the learning platform which, in the view of Huetter MC, reflect an honorable, insulting or legal ban, represent a possible violation of property rights, such as trademark or copyright protection, or can be used in any other illegal or inappropriate manner must be deleted immediately. Upon gaining knowledge of relevant violations, Huetter MC can also remove this content from the learning platform immediately.
